1. Information We Collect

• Your name and the name of the person you're celebrating
• WhatsApp phone numbers for message delivery
• Email address (optional, for confirmations)
• Date of the celebration (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
• Personal photos uploaded for use in celebration messages
• Personal messages you wish us to include

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send automated WhatsApp celebration messages on the specified date
• To add reminders to our internal Google Calendar (wolvesfollowup@gmail.com)
• To send you a confirmation email if provided
• To repeat messages annually if you opt in

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Twilio: Used to deliver WhatsApp messages (they process phone numbers and message content)
• Google: Calendar events are created on our Google Calendar account

4. Photos

Uploaded photos are stored securely on our server and are only used to include in the WhatsApp celebration message for the registered person. Photos are not shared, published, or used for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you are registered with the service. You may request deletion at any time by emailing wolvesfollowup@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
